Congratulations to all the winners, special mentions to Michael Brennan who kicked butt in the Long despite never having orienteered before, and to Tess Noble who made it three wins in a row despite a nose-bleed impaired map.

Another first - we took credit card payments with Paywave which worked really smoothly for both competitors and club. That should now be possible at most Big Foot events.

Thanks to Wayne Pethybridge and the rest of the Perisher X-Country crew who made us very welcome and made the event possible. Also to our friends Marina and Fedor who will take over the event next year and got some practice in this year.

*RouteGadget is a very cool tool that lets you upload GPS tracks or draw them on to show where you went. You can then replay your race and that over other competitors to see where the chocolate was lost and won.
